Equipment Status

Fire Alarm Testing Monday, Sept. 16th
Life Safety Services will be here Monday morning at 7:30am to conduct their annual test of the building's fire alarm system. Users will not be allowed inside the cleanroom during this time. An email will be sent out ~8-8:30am once the lab is safe to enter. Hopkins a 10:41, 11 September 2019 (PDT)
Logitech Wafer Bonder: Down
There's an issue with the heater and chamber assembly, awaiting replacement parts for the repair. Estimate 3 weeks to receive the replacement part. Silva 09:42, 12 September 2019 (PDT)
Suss Bonder
Suss Bonder is DOWN. The upgrade parts have been received and the SUSS FSE will arrive this coming Wednesday August 28, 2019 to start the installation. Silva 15:42, 20 August 2019 (PDT)
