The NanoFab has reopened, as power appears to have stabilized.
Tools that are currently down:
- Panasonic ICP #1: Pump failed. Don is installing a replacement.
- GCA 6300 Stepper #1: Lamp igniter possible failure. Replacement is being shipped overnight.
