The repair and testing for the heated plates is complete but the controllers are still in WIP. They are expecting to ship everything mid next week. Given the time to ship and clear customs I anticipate receiving and installing the heaters the week of February 20th. -- Tony |

Flip-Chip Bonder repair
The repair and testing for the heated plates is complete but the controllers are still in WIP. They are expecting to ship everything mid next week.
