System will be available at 12:30 today (Fri Mar 7th). No changes to OAF settings but PAF has moved about 10 points positive for focus. We will work on adjusting PAF back to around 0 (on our cal resist) some time next week. |

The power supply and IC5 controller retrofit is complete. Every user will need to be trained to use the tool. It is now similar to E-beam #4. If you absolutely need to use the tool this weekend, Brian Lingg will hold a training session today, March 1, 2019, at 4PM. Please reply to Brian's email invitation if you’d like to attend the training session. Brian Lingg will hold many more training sessions next week, starting on Monday. Brian will send out an email announcing specific times for training Monday morning. The following materials have been setup. Ti, Au, Al, Ni, Cr, Pt, Ag, Ta, C, V. Brian will add more next week. |

We found a blown resistor (and a questionable op amp) on one of the boards that contains the z-axis motor circuit. However, we still cannot get the tool to initialize. Next we will try swapping out the hard drive again and run some more tests. |

EBL Move-In: Tues 9-11a
Users Tomorrow (3-11) we will be moving our new EBL into the lab. This will require us to move all of the user racks into bays 2 & 3 while we roll the system through the lab between 9 am and 11 am.
