The cleanroom will be closed during a campus-wide power outage, due to Edison maintenance. |

The outage will take place on Saturday Sept. 14th at 10pm until Sunday Sept. 15 afternoon. |

This tool is down indefinitely. We are sourcing manual bonding fixtures, and already have a 1cm bonding fixture for NanoFab users to use - please contact [[Demis D. John]] for more information. |

Suss Bonder is DOWN. The upgrade parts have been received and the SUSS FSE will arrive this coming Monday August 26, 2019 to start the installation. |
