The backup compressor that was installed today has failed. Campus facilities are on their way out to work on the unit. Calls have also been made to try and get a rental compressor here tomorrow morning.

This tool is down indefinitely. We are sourcing manual bonding fixtures, and already have a 1cm bonding fixture for NanoFab users to use - please contact [[Demis D. John]] for more information.

The board we were waiting on arrived, but it did not resolve the tool issue. We are working with Panasonic on the next steps.
Stepper #3, ASML DUV will be down for maintenance on March 8th-12th. Please plan your processing accordingly. There may be evenings available for "uncalibrated" exposures on certain days - we will notify you if these are available.
