The FSE will be onsite tomorrow morning to begin working on the tool. I'll send out an email some time tomorrow once we have an idea of how long the repairs will take. |

The replacement cyro pump had a leak in the N2 purge connection. After that was sorted out I was able to get the cryo going. However, it appears there is an issue with this cryo as it is pumping very slow. I am going to let it pump overnight but will most likely change it out in the morning. As of right now, no ETA on when the tool will be available. |

We found a blown resistor (and a questionable op amp) on one of the boards that contains the z-axis motor circuit. However, we still cannot get the tool to initialize. Next we will try swapping out the hard drive again and run some more tests. |
