The system is still down. PlasmaTherm is here working to resolve the outstanding issues since the software update. I am not sure how long it will take them to have the system operating properly. I will send out an email once I have more information. Training will be announced soon.

UCSB NanoFab Announcements

NanoFab Closed Friday for 1 hour

No one is allowed in the Nanofab this Friday (5/18/18) from ~7:30 to ~8:30am. The campus will be doing work on the building's fire system and exhaust will be reduced to a level not safe for occupancy and all alarms will sound. We will send out an email once the lab is safe to re-enter. // John d 13:25, 14 May 2018 (PDT)

Stepper #2: Down

In the course of troubleshooting, we found a bad ribbon cable for the turn table. A new cable will be delivered tomorrow morning. I will update you tomorrow once I have more information. Until then, the system is down. // John d 16:41, 15 May 2018 (PDT)
