Equipment Status
Power Outage: Sept. 14-15
The cleanroom will be closed during a campus-wide power outage, due to Edison maintenance. The outage will take place on Saturday Sept. 14th at 10pm until Sunday Sept. 15 afternoon. Logitech Wafer Bonder: Down

Suss Bonder
Suss Bonder is DOWN. The upgrade parts have been received and the SUSS FSE will arrive this coming Monday August 26, 2019 to start the installation. Silva 15:42, 20 August 2019 (PDT)
