We will be cleaning out the large N2 dry box next to the ASML. Anything with a label that's older than 2 months will be removed. As a reminder, the dry box is for active processing only. If you would like to store anything in a N2 only environment for greater than two months please use the vacuum sealer (in bay 4). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. |

Equipment Status
SignupMonkey Testing: Fri Feb 7th, 7am
We will be running tests on the SignupMonkey servers at 7am on Friday Feb. 7th. This may cause temporary outages of the server at this time. // John d 23:04, 29 January 2020 (PST)

Unaxis ICP-PECVD
