ASML: Down on Dec 12th

On Dec 12th the system will be down for half a day starting at ~12n, so we can perform periodic maintenance (PM) on the DUV Laser. // John d 20:49, 11 December 2022 (PST)

Au Plating: DOWN

E-Beam#2: Heater UP

We tested the heater to 680°C three times without any issues. There is still the issue with the temp controller not communicating with the software which will get sorted out eventually. In the meantime you will just change the temp using the controller, directions are posted at the tool. // John d 15:55, 6 December 2022 (PST)
