Exhaust Fan Maintenance

Tomorrow (18 July) starting at 8 am we will be shutting down one of two exhaust fans for repair. There is a possibility that you will hear exhaust alarms on the process benches, but we will be in the lab to clear them and there should not be any impacts to operations. //Vraj Mehalana 16:34, 17 July 2023 (PDT)

SEM 1 Update

The field service engineer has finished with alignments and the SEM is up and running. The FSE will be back late Monday morning to do some fine adjustments. Please let us know if you encounter any issues. //Vraj Mehalana 16:36, 16 July 2023 (PDT)

SEM 2 Update

Plasma Activation (EVG 810)

We have received almost all the replacement parts for the tool except the new chuck. The original delivery date of mid June has now been pushed out to early September and they have stated that this is the best that their supplier can do.
