This template (HLink = Header Link) lets you link to a subheading on a page. It takes 2 arguments:
- the first argument is the page name
- the second argument is the subheading on that page.
Example:
The code {{HLink|Staff List|Process Group}}
produces a link to the page "Staff List" and jumps to the subheading "Process Group", like so: Process Group
