=====DUV is down - Update===== |

Parts were scheduled to arrive last Thursday but were delayed due to the weather that day. Tracking status never updated from pending after that point so I had to wait 7 days before filing a claim with FEDEX. Hopefully the claim and associated dollar value will get them to start looking for the package, and we are also exploring other options. |

I'll hopefully send out another update late next week with some idea of when we will have parts. |

PECVD2 will be going down on Monday 12-11-23 at 10:00am for replacement of the RF connector and RF Electrode. |

When the work is complete, the process group will be running tests for the remainder of the afternoon. |
