Not all tools came back up after the power shutdown. Campus network is still having issues - Nanofiles SFTP will not be accessible until that is remedied. Inside the lab, the computers do not have access to any websites, and remote access is currently not available. |

There will be a campus wide power outage starting next Saturday (9/19) at 9pm. The outage will go through late Sunday (9/20) morning (~11am). |

The cleanroom will be closed starting at 5pm on Saturday (9/19). Cleanroom staff will send out an email once the lab is back up Sunday afternoon. Please plan accordingly. |

Equipment Status
Lab Shutdown: Some tools still down

Following guidelines provided by our Office of Research, the UCSB Nanofabrication Facility is open only for limited/authorized use for critical activity at this time.

Unaxis ICP-PECVD
The ICP-PECVD module is available upon request. Contact Tony Bosch if interested. System is using deuterated Silane for low loss optical films use only.
