Important Announcements

The plating bench in Bay 4 will be unavailable on Wednesday, 6/7/22 from 9am-noon. Please plan accordingly. // John d 12:13, 1 June 2022 (PDT)

UCSB has reinstituted a mandatory mask mandate for all indoor spaces on campus.

The mandate begins May 27, and extends through June 12.

We will provide masks at the metal table in front of the cleanroom entry.

Deuterated Silane (SiD4) is out. Bottle delivery delayed from vendor - see email for updates. // John d 23:10, 4 June 2022 (PDT)

Effective Dec.1, 2021, all of our electron beam lithography rates are lowered. The new rates are as follows:

Industrial Users: $405/hour

UC Academic Users: $126/hour

Non-UC Academic Users: $150/hour

UCSB CNSI Incubator USers: $260/hour
